Standards and Interoperability Lab – Asia (SIL-Asia) will facilitate an interactive workshop on ‘Foundations for Interoperable Digital Health Infrastructure‘ under the Health Systems Architecture track of the Global Digital Health Forum 2020 on December 9, 2020 at 6:00 – 7:15 PM PHT/ 5:00 – 6:15 AM EST

- Overview of Digital Health Infrastructure (15 Min)
- Interactive Demo (30 Min) – Participants can play with the infrastructure, see how it works, submit data, view how data is transferred, and pose questions on the various technical aspects of the presentation. All aspects of the technical landscape from FHIR to SNOMED as well as archetypes and architectures will be discussed in the context of interoperability.
- Technologies, Foundational Elements, and Architecture (15 Min)
A mini connectathon will be available for participants interested in connecting to the system. Resources will be made available during the conference. The session is designed for all levels of participants in all disciplines. This aims to introduce current digital technologies and to signpost the availability of these resources. We will also discuss how this can be replicated in various countries.
